About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to join our team at Zip Pay. As a key member of our People and Culture function, you will play a critical role in driving our world-class people strategy and supporting the growth and development of our technology and product functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop high-performing teams and provide expert advice on complex employee matters.
  • Design and implement people programs that support business growth and culture, including diversity and inclusion, leadership development, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Coach and guide people leaders on people strategy and problem-solving, and help drive organizational change as Zip continues to evolve.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including employees, leaders, and external partners.
  • Use data and insights to inform people programs and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in People and Culture and HR roles, with increasing responsibility.
  • Specific experience supporting senior leaders as a senior people partner or HRBP.
  • Proven experience across the employee lifecycle, including leadership development, organization design and development, talent management, remuneration and benefits, performance management, and employment relations.
  • Track record of delivering successful and impactful people programs across a broad range of areas.
  • Strong experience in building relationships with and influencing diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve problems and communicate ideas in a structured and engaging way.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment relations, legislation, and statutory requirements.
