Business Development Representative Opportunity
The Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to play a key part in delivering results-driven outbound campaigns for leading tech and cybersecurity companies.
This is a hybrid role, with the option to work from home or our office in Surry Hills, Sydney. You'll be responsible for engaging with key decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings to support our clients' sales pipelines.
Your Responsibilities:
• Make high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients
• Follow structured campaign scripts to introduce and pitch solutions
• Qualify leads based on specific criteria (e.g. industry, budget, authority, need, and timeline)
• Book appointments or demos for our client's sales teams to close deals
• Accurately capture lead information and notes using internal systems and CRM tools
• Maintain consistent activity levels and hit weekly and fortnightly lead generation targets
About You:
• 1–2 years experience in BDR, inside sales, telesales, or outbound lead generation
• Confidence on the phone and written communication skills
• Resilient, coachable, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own outreach pipeline
• A background in tech, SaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or even finance (a plus)
• A proactive, energetic attitude and eagerness to learn
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $65K–$70K base + uncapped commission (paid fortnightly) and a supportive team environment.
