About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Community Outreach Specialist to be the local face of our organisation. You will engage with community groups, aged care providers, and other relevant stakeholders while representing us and developing partnerships with local businesses and organisations to support client acquisition.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities to connect with potential clients;
  • Facilitating introductions and providing information about our services to prospective clients and their families;
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key community groups, aged care service providers, and influencers to support client recruitment;
  • Implementing strategic outreach initiatives to connect with potential clients and referral sources.

We Are Looking For

A motivated and experienced professional who can:

  • Demonstrate experience in community outreach, client attraction, or a related role;
  • Showcase demonstrated experience in sales, negotiation, and converting leads to drive growth;
  • Possess a current driver's licence;
  • Hold up-to-date Flu vaccinations or be willing to obtain them;
  • Have evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations;
  • Demonstrate well-developed organisational and prioritising skills;
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
