Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Outreach Specialist to join our team. This is a contract position based in Sydney, Australia. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a strong understanding of sales strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to book meetings with potential clients.
  • Build relationships with clients through effective communication and presentation skills.
  • The Sales Outreach Specialist will receive a bonus for every meeting booked and additional bonuses for meetings that convert to opportunities.
  • The definition of a lead is clearly defined, excluding compensation for 1s and 2s.
  • All leads will go directly to the Sales Business Development Manager.
  • Log all calls in CRM and generate reports from CRM data.
  • The role is office-based on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
