The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and results-focused Business Growth Specialist to join our growing team. You will be at the front line of our clients' growth, generating qualified opportunities through strategic outreach.

This is a hybrid role – 3 days per week in our office, 2 days working from home – giving you the balance of collaboration and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, identify, and target ideal prospects for our clients using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and other data sources
  • Execute personalised outreach via cold email, LinkedIn messaging, and phone calls
  • Qualify prospects against client Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and booking criteria
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads across multiple industries
  • Track and report on activity, meetings booked, and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with account managers to refine outreach strategies and messaging
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple client campaigns at once without dropping quality
  • Professional, confident phone manner and a natural ability to build rapport
