Key Role:

You will play a key part in delivering results-driven outbound campaigns for leading tech and cybersecurity companies. In this role, you'll work closely with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Making high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients
  • Follow structured campaign scripts to introduce and pitch solutions
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria (e.g., industry, budget, authority, need, and timeline)
  • Book appointments or demos for client's sales teams to close deals
  • Accurately capture lead information and notes using internal systems and CRM tools
  • Maintain consistent activity levels and hit weekly and fortnightly lead generation targets

About You:

  • 1-2 years experience in BDR, inside sales, telesales, or outbound lead generation
  • Confidence on the phone and written communication skills
  • Resilient, coachable, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage your own outreach pipeline
  • A background in tech, SaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or even finance (a plus)
  • A proactive, energetic attitude and eagerness to learn
