
Key Player in Eastern Region Business Expansion

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to play a key role in driving new business opportunities across the eastern region of Australia.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and growing a strong pipeline of sales contracts valued up to $100k, targeting National Sales Managers, General Managers, COOs, MDs, and business owners.
The OpportunityOur client is a fast-growing, data-driven tech company that delivers high-value insights across the entire construction lifecycle. Their platform is relied on by leading manufacturers and suppliers to understand exactly who's doing what, when, and where across the building industry.
The successful candidate will be selling annual contracts that give manufacturers visibility into the market: which architect has the plans, which builder is being used, and who the key subcontractors are. This is a must-have tool for proactive sales teams in the construction supply chain.
The Role- Drive new business across the eastern region (everything outside WA & NT)
- Manage a 90/10 office/onsite hybrid schedule - 3 days in, 2 from home
- Build a pipeline of 12-month contracts
- Leverage warm leads and cold outreach to hit monthly targets of $25k+
- Collaborate with a high-performing sales executive team - one of whom is the top performer in ANZ
- You've sold into the construction or manufacturing industries, or you've had success in blue-collar B2B sales
- You're not afraid of cold calling - in fact, you see it as a fast track to results
- You're a confident communicator who knows how to engage with C-suite and business owners
- You've got the hunger and resilience to drive deals over the line and hit meaningful commission targets
