Regional Operations Manager Job Summary:

The Regional Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple sites in Eastern Victoria.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing site plans, leading Workplace Health, Safety & Environment (WHSE) performance, and contributing to business planning and strategy development as part of the Senior Leadership Team.

A customer-centric approach is essential, with a focus on building a high-performing team culture that prioritizes first-class customer experiences.

Based in either Koo Wee Rup or Leongatha, Victoria, this role offers an attractive salary package, including base salary, superannuation, a fully maintained vehicle, and bonus opportunities.
