The role of a Key Business Expansion Executive involves leading the development and implementation of strategic plans to expand a company's engineering consulting business in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business growth strategies, leveraging partnerships and digital channels to generate qualified leads
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while managing the full client acquisition lifecycle from enquiry generation to successful deal closure
- Implement defined business development strategy and align global offerings with local needs
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering from a recognised institution is required; an MBA is highly desirable
- Chartered Engineer accreditation with Engineers Australia is considered a strong asset
- Extensive experience in engineering consulting and a strong focus on business development, including mandatory prior experience in the Australian engineering consulting sector
