Executive Culinary Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team at dnata catering in Adelaide. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking international hot and cold meals in commercial quantities for our customer airlines.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing hot and cold meals for Business and Economy class flights
- Managing bulk ingredients, produce, and recipes
- Ensuring stock control and minimizing food waste
- Working collaboratively with our team of chefs, sous chefs, and catering attendants
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
- Following strict menu specifications, Food Safety, HACCP, and OHS policies
Requirements:
- Certificate III Commercial Cookery or higher qualifications (or equivalent experience)
- Passion for delivering high-quality cuisine to our customers
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Motivation, hard work, and a positive attitude
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment is preferred but not essential
- Must obtain a clear National Police Check
