As a vital member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest accommodations are maintained to the highest standards while addressing the needs of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fostering positive relationships with guests and responding to their requests efficiently.
  • Safeguarding guest belongings and hotel property.
  • Completing room assignments within designated timeframes.
  • Restocking and managing guest supplies and amenities, including toiletries, mini-bar items, towels, and linens.
  • Preparing each room to meet established quality standards.
  • Rotating and replacing room items as per guidelines, such as mattress protectors and linens.
  • Reporting any missing items from guest rooms.
  • Presenting guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Providing training to new team members as directed.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting maintenance issues in guest rooms.

Health and Safety:

  • Maintaining safe and hygienic work practices.
  • Reporting any hazards or incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Participating in discussions regarding occupational health and safety matters.

General Duties:

  • Attending all required training sessions.
  • Following hotel guidelines and policies.
  • Handling lost property according to established procedures.
  • Participating in morning briefings and housekeeping meetings.
  • Updating room status and noting special requests.
  • Maintaining equipment such as trolleys and vacuums.
  • Arriving at work on time and notifying management of any schedule changes with appropriate notice.
  • Complying with fire and safety regulations.
  • Upholding personal cleanliness and professional appearance as per hotel standards.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor.
