Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hotel Cleanliness Specialist to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury in our hotel rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Turn over rooms in an efficient manner to ensure timely and operational needs are met
  • Handle guest room experiences and ensure that cleanliness is held to the highest standard with a focus on high-detail
  • Maintain equipment and ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting exceptional customer service skills
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

About You:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping in luxury properties is highly desirable
  • Working rights in Australia are required
  • English proficiency is essential
  • You are enthusiastic about escalating your career in housekeeping and are self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment
