Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a fast-paced dining environment is preferred.
- A positive and proactive attitude that motivates excellence.
- Eager to embrace new challenges and grow professionally.
- A valid Victorian RSA is required for this position.
- Demonstrates professionalism and creativity, enhancing guest experiences with a vibrant spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain work areas for service.
- Understand and communicate menu offerings, including dietary options.
- Engage with guests to enhance their stay and provide information about hotel services.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of dining ware prior to use.
- Complete closing tasks, including cleaning and restocking.
- Maintain a clean work environment throughout service hours.
- Adhere to safety and security protocols.
- Welcome guests warmly and communicate effectively.
- Foster positive relationships with team members.
- Assist colleagues to ensure excellent service coverage.
- Uphold quality standards in all service aspects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
