We are seeking experienced and service-focused Room Attendants to join our team at LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including replenishing amenities and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Adhere to company standards and procedures for housekeeping operations, including safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Proven track record of room servicing experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
- Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week, with flexibility to work additional days as needed.
