About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team at a busy campervan depot. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding levels of customer service, ensuring our fleet of campervans is maintained in top condition and addressing any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling incoming reservations and welcoming guests;
  • Preparing and cleaning campervans to ensure they meet our high standards;
  • Maintaining our campervans in excellent condition and identifying maintenance needs;
  • Registering guests and processing payments efficiently;
  • Addressing customer complaints and resolving any emergencies promptly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent-a-car (desirable);
  • Fluency in English (mandatory);
  • The ability to work on weekends and public holidays;
  • Strong organisational skills and problem-solving abilities.
