Rental Service Agent Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Rental Service Agent to join our team in Hobart, Tasmania. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and handling all aspects of depot operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to guests at our depot, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently and effectively;
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our campervans, ensuring they are always in top condition;
  • Monitor and address any maintenance or repair issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maximizing availability;
  • Process guest registrations, manage stock levels, and handle payments accurately and efficiently;
  • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • You have experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car industries;
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues;
  • You hold a valid driver's license and are eligible to work in Australia;
  • You are available to work on weekends and public holidays;
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and can be relied upon to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
