About the Role

This is a Customer Service Manager opportunity with a leading campervan marketplace, operating in Tasmania. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our depot and providing top-notch customer care.

The ideal candidate will have direct customer contact experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car industries and excellent communication skills.

This role requires a travel enthusiast with a valid driver's license and confidence in driving a campervan. Availability to work weekends and national holidays is also required.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Reservation Management: Handle incoming reservations, welcoming guests, and managing check-ins and check-outs;
  • Fleet Maintenance: Oversee fleet maintenance, logistics, and ensure campervans are kept in excellent condition;
  • Team Supervision: Assist in training, supervising, and coaching team members;
  • Operations Support: Manage activities, stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services;
  • Crisis Management: Address complaints, emergencies, and local issues to maintain smooth operations;
  • Campervan Preparation: Prepare and clean campervans;
  • Reselling Campervans: Support reselling campervans and showcasing them to prospective buyers.
