Campervan Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a travel enthusiast with excellent guest service skills to join our team.
This role requires the ability to provide an outstanding level of customer service and maintain our fleet of campervans in top condition.
- Manage incoming reservations, welcome guests, and handle check-ins and check-outs;
- Prepare and clean our campervans;
- Ensure our campervans are well-maintained and monitor maintenance needs;
- Register guests, manage stock, and process payments;
- Handle complaints and troubleshoot emergencies.
- Direct contact experience with customers;
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Eligibility to work in Australia and a valid driver's license;
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays;
- A responsible individual who takes their work seriously;
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
