Campervan Fleet Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated Rental Service Agent to join our team in Hobart, Australia.
This role is perfect for travel enthusiasts who enjoy interacting with customers and working in a fast-paced environment.
As the face of our company, you'll ensure exceptional customer service, maintain our campervan fleet, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs;
- Prepare and clean our campervans;
- Maintain our campervans in top condition and monitor maintenance and repairing needs;
- Register guests, monitor stock, and process payments;
- Resolve complaints and troubleshoot emergencies.
- Travel experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
- Fluent English language skills (mandatory);
- Eligibility to work in Australia, valid driver's license, and comfort driving a campervan;
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays;
- Responsible individual who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon;
- Well-organized problem-solving skills.
