We provide a diverse range of road trip options: short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and the possibility of buying one of our vehicles available for sale.

The Role

We're looking for travel enthusiasts to work at our depot in Hobart, Australia. As the face of our company, you'll report directly to the Branch Leadership and be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling incoming reservations and guest check-ins and check-outs;
  • Preparing and cleaning our campervans;
  • Maintaining our campervans in top condition and monitoring maintenance needs;
  • Registering guests, managing stock, and processing payments;
  • Resolving complaints and troubleshooting emergencies.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car (desirable);
  • Fluency in English (mandatory);
  • Eligibility to work in Australia, valid driver's license, and confidence driving a campervan (mandatory);
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays;
  • Responsibility and reliability;
  • Good problem-solving skills and organization.
