Rental Service Agent

We're seeking travel professionals to join our team in Hobart. As a key member of our depot team, you'll provide exceptional customer service and maintain our fleet of campervans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling incoming reservations and welcoming guests
  • Preparing and cleaning our campervans
  • Maintaining our campervans in top condition and monitoring maintenance needs
  • Registering guests, monitoring stock, and processing payments
  • Handling complaints and troubleshooting emergencies
Requirements:
  • Travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Eligible to work in Australia, valid driver's license, and confidence driving a campervan
  • Available to work weekends and public holidays
  • Responsible, well-organized, and problem-solving skills
