The Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to fuel our ambitious growth targets.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your passion for IT services and relationship-building skills to drive new business and contribute to e Merge's ambitious growth targets.

The Role

You will be responsible for generating new business and closing key deals for e Merge ITS.

This involves actively identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their IT needs, and presenting tailored solutions that leverage e Merge's comprehensive suite of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients across various industries and regions.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing client companies.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients, exceeding sales targets and contributing significantly to e Merge ITS's revenue growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., technical support, marketing) to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and identify emerging opportunities within the IT sector.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth in a B2B environment, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM software and lead generation technologies.
  • Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is a plus.
