The Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team and lead our phone team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of 5-8 customer service representatives
  • Monitoring and ensuring the quality of your team's performance through regular feedback and coaching
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to improve team performance and drive business results
  • Collaborating with internal departments to improve processes and enhance customer experience
  • Providing subject matter expertise for escalated customer issues
  • Analyzing data to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a seasoned leader with a passion for customer service and team development. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience leading a team in a call center or customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience implementing process improvements to drive business results
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
