Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Qantas Group. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals and ensuring the delivery of a premium customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
- Provide coaching and training to customer service team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Manage customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service leadership or management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
