Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Qantas Group. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals and ensuring the delivery of a premium customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Provide coaching and training to customer service team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Manage customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service leadership or management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
