Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Public Sector People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that all services are delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, coach, and develop customer service staff to ensure all services are delivered to a high standard and to promote accountability and alignment.
  • Monitor and review the day-to-day operational aspects of the contact centre and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Drive and facilitate initiatives and programs to promote a highly engaged team culture and environment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in leading/managing high-performing customer service teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising diverse teams to deliver customer service plans and processes.
