Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Public Sector People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that all services are delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives to ensure that all services are delivered to a high standard.
- Monitor and review the day-to-day operational aspects of the contact centre and ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Drive and facilitate initiatives and programs to promote a highly engaged team culture and environment.
- Develop and implement customer service plans and processes to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that customer service goals are aligned with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in leading/managing high-performing customer service teams.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising diverse teams to deliver customer service plans and processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with customer service software and systems.
