  • Overseeing order capture and managing the timely dispatch of products
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to enhance interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Addressing customer queries and developing effective solutions
  • Providing training and mentorship to the Customer Service Centre team
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations and driver fatigue management

We are looking for a leader with:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Customer Service/ Contact Centre Team Leader
  • Proven leadership experience with a strong customer service focus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong partnering skills with a knack for building meaningful relationships
