Main Responsibilities:

  • Foster a luxurious atmosphere by delivering exceptional service, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.
  • Recognize and reward our loyal guests, acknowledging IHG Rewards members, InterContinental Ambassadors, and frequent visitors.
  • Maintain a safe environment at all times, adhering to established procedures and reporting incidents as necessary.
  • Anticipate and meet the evolving needs of our guests, documenting and acting on their preferences.
  • Process transactions efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments with accuracy.
  • Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, collecting IDs and distributing room keys promptly.
  • Serve as a trusted contact for all guests, providing assistance with billing, local knowledge, and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Represent our brand through exceptional appearance and demeanor.
  • Stay informed about daily events and activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills enable effortless conversation with guests regarding concerns and compliments.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to turn challenges into opportunities, ensuring every guest departs with positive memories.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus but not required.
  • Display flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Meet minimum age requirements and obtain RSA Certification.
  • Possess physical ability to lift, push, or pull objects up to 23kgs when necessary.
