Guest Service Host/Hostess Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Host/Hostess to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by ensuring all guest requests and requirements are communicated and completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Assisting with guest orders and responding to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions.
  • A current RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one) is preferred.

Additional Information:
