  • You will drive hotel reputation scores by supporting Ambassadors with brand awareness and ongoing service improvement.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience as an Executive Club Manager or similar role in a luxury setting.">
  • An infectious and positive personality, with excellent communication skills.">
  • The ability to stay composed under pressure and manage multiple priorities.">
  • A strong understanding of our brand values and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.">
  • Proficiency in Windows Opera or similar PMS, and HotSOS experience is an asset.">
