Guest Experience Review Specialist Role

The Guest Experience Review Specialist is a key member of the People & Culture team. This role is pivotal in ensuring organizational values are upheld and maintaining the highest standards in facilities, staff presentation, guest experience, brand adherence, and Work Health And Safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct regular quality and WHS assessments of park facilities using established methodologies.
  • Bi-weekly travel to various properties to conduct Quality and WHS assessments and provide support to site teams.
  • Review current processes and standards, offering training and guidance to site teams to drive high performance and compliance.
  • Undertake projects to enhance site team performance, ensuring they have necessary tools to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Background Requirements

High level of energy, self-motivation, initiative, and flexibility to meet growing business demands. Relevant experience includes:

  • Experience within Tourism and Hospitality Industry.
  • Proven ability in delivering feedback.
  • Demonstrated previous experience managing a team.
  • Able to deliver skills training and on-the-job coaching.
  • Capable of extensive travel within Australia.
