Front Office Ambassador

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log and follow up on guests' requests with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Direct calls to guest rooms, departments, or key stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Offer expert knowledge about hotel services to guests, enhancing their stay.
  • Facilitate efficient payment processes in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Create bookings for guests outside regular reservation hours, ensuring flexibility and convenience.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities and promotions to cater to diverse guest preferences.
