Front Office Ambassador
Delivering exceptional guest experiences is at the heart of our hotel operations. We are seeking a skilled Front Office Ambassador to join our team and provide personalized support to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide seamless arrival and departure experiences for our guests.
- Assist guests with queries in a professional and courteous manner, promoting our brand values.
- Log and follow up on guests' requests with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
- Direct calls to guest rooms, departments, or key stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Offer expert knowledge about hotel services to guests, enhancing their stay.
- Facilitate efficient payment processes in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Create bookings for guests outside regular reservation hours, ensuring flexibility and convenience.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities and promotions to cater to diverse guest preferences.
