This role as a Housekeeping Attendant is perfect for individuals who enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure our guests feel comfortable and relaxed during their stay.

  • Clean, prepare, and maintain guest rooms to a high standard, ensuring that all amenities are restocked and replenished.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of public areas, including hotel lobbies, corridors, and back-of-house spaces, to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Support the housekeeping team with deep cleaning projects and provide assistance during busy periods to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and maintain accurate records to optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned, prepared, and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Restock amenities and linens to meet guest expectations.
  • Participate in deep cleaning projects to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically to achieve results.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands, including working nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects as required.
