This is a rare opportunity to take on a dynamic business development position within our organisation. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion across various markets.
With a focus on the Federal Government sector, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and collaborating with our Commercial Director to develop strategic plans and execute sales campaigns.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Prospecting new leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations
- Qualifying inbound leads and converting them into tangible business opportunities
- Preparing comprehensive quotes and proposals that meet each client's unique needs
- Collaborating with the Commercial Director and Marketing department on campaign and outreach strategies
- Managing your own pipeline and tracking activity in our CRM system
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proactive approach to communication and relationship-building
- At least 2 years' experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation (call centre or B2B)
- A creative mindset and ability to think outside the box when approaching clients and opportunities
- Technical savvy and comfort using CRMs and sales tools (or willingness to learn)
