Strategic Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Growth Manager to drive business expansion across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing strategic growth plans, leveraging market intelligence to stay ahead of the competition.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with experience working with large datasets and market research tools. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives, improving market understanding through competitor benchmarking and consumer behavior analysis, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need a relevant university degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in a commercial or finance role. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and improve market understanding.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic growth initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic growth initiatives.
