About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Darwin. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and enquiries.
  • Counter Sales: Promote an extensive and diverse product set through counter sales, fostering strong relationships with customers.
  • Communication: Act on customer requests and enquiries face-to-face, over the phone, and via email, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Supply Chain Management: Liaise with suppliers to create purchase orders, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
  • Account Management: Manage key accounts, driving growth and retention through strategic account management.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and requests as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
About You
  • Candidate Profile: You have a background in customer service, preferably within a wholesale environment, although we welcome candidates with solid retail sales experience.
  • Product Knowledge: You are a fast learner with the ability to quickly build product knowledge, staying up-to-date on our extensive and diverse product range.
  • Drive and Ambition: You are hardworking and driven, eager to expand your skills and advance your career within the company.
  • People Skills: You possess exceptional people skills and communication abilities, enabling you to effectively interact with a range of individuals.
  • Team Player: You are a true team player, ready to jump in and help wherever needed, supporting your colleagues in achieving our goals.
  • Licence Requirements: You hold a valid C Class license, allowing you to drive safely and efficiently.
  • Australian Working Rights: You have full Australian working rights with no restrictions – Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident.
