The Role

We are seeking a Front Office Representative to provide quality service to our guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.

You will maintain strict security procedures with credit and cash transactions, accounting procedures, issue of room keys and guest confidentiality/privacy.

Maintain communication channels between Hotel guests and all Hotel departments both verbally and in writing as required.

Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.

Requirements
  • Prior 1-2 years of experience working in Front Office or hotel outlets is preferred.
  • Strong computer or system skills preferably in Opera Cloud.
  • Possess strong attention to detail, whilst delivering efficient customer service.
What We Offer

We offer competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 AUD per annum based on experience.
