**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Sales Representative to join our team in Winnellie, NT. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our extensive product range, and building strong relationships with our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide outstanding customer service through effective communication, issue resolution, and timely responses.
  • Promote our diverse product set to existing and potential customers, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling products.
  • Action customer requests and enquiries face-to-face, over the phone, and via email, ensuring seamless communication across all channels.
  • Liaise with suppliers to manage purchase orders, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends to inform future business decisions.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within wholesale or trade environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capacity to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • A valid C-Class license and Australian working rights.
