We are seeking a skilled technical professional to support the Queensland Ambulance Service project as a Field Service Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Implementation & Support: Collaborate with QAS teams to deploy, integrate, and configure ZOLL Medical devices and systems, ensuring optimal system functionality.
  • Product Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Provide hands-on maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services for ZOLL devices and systems in the field and depot repair workshop.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong customer relationships through regular communication, proactive service, and technical expertise.
  • Training & Knowledge Transfer: Deliver training sessions to end-users on the proper use and maintenance of ZOLL equipment.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field preferred). 3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in medical devices, biomedical engineering, or related industry. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose, repair, and optimize systems and devices.
