Job Title: Infrastructure Development Specialist

About the Role:

This is a diverse opportunity for an experienced civil engineer to apply their expertise to a wide range of projects in New South Wales.

You will work under the guidance of senior engineers and support from specialist designers and technical leads.

We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to produce accurate design documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform design and project management tasks for land development and infrastructure projects from initiation to construction
  • Prepare and update civil engineering documentation, including design reports, cost estimates, specifications, and schedules
  • Apply civil engineering knowledge to various works, including engineering drawings, calculations, and reports
  • Conduct site supervision and quality control inspections of civil infrastructure and land development projects
  • Assist in reviewing engineering drawings and submittals, respond to requests for information, and prepare site observation reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in civil engineering, project management, and/or site supervision
  • Engineers Australia Membership or eligibility
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines
  • Strong technical expertise and ability to produce accurate design documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in time management and organisational skills
