Job Summary

We are seeking an Internal Sales Specialist with Quality Focus to drive sales growth while ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of MVCS offerings, aligning sales and quality assurance functions with our company's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Internal Sales:
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the medium voltage sector.
    • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and forecasts.
    • Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO 9001.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments of sales processes and product quality.
    • Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
    • Assist in the development and documentation of quality management procedures and policies.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in internal sales, preferably in electrical engineering, mining, or related industries.
  • Proven exposure to quality assurance practices and familiarity with relevant ISO standards, with ISO certification highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
