Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely collection and processing of accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Ensure all accounts receivable are collected and processed in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Reconciliation and Reporting: Be responsible for the reconciliation of accounts and provide regular and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure all customer records are continuously updated in our finance system.
  • Financial Analysis and Planning: Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Month-End Reconciliations: Perform month-end reconciliations and provide accurate and timely reporting.
  • Ad Hoc Finance Tasks: Assist with ad hoc finance tasks as required.

  • Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Autonomy and Time Management: Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in computer software and systems, including finance and accounting applications.
