Job Summary:
The Achieve Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of supplies and stock to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unloading and receiving deliveries, interpreting and authorizing consignment notes
- Investigating stock received and interpreting invoices and delivery dockets
- Utilizing warehouse and basic computer programs to perform goods-receipt transactions
- Adding notes and information to purchase orders regarding action taken
- Packing orders as per goods-receipt slip, utilizing label printing software and transferring stock to relevant consolidation points
- Completing replenishment requirements for inventory
- Escalating issues relating to deliveries to the Supply Supervisor
Requirements:
- Availability for an immediate start
- Current Police Check (desirable)
