Job Summary:

The Achieve Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of supplies and stock to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unloading and receiving deliveries, interpreting and authorizing consignment notes
  • Investigating stock received and interpreting invoices and delivery dockets
  • Utilizing warehouse and basic computer programs to perform goods-receipt transactions
  • Adding notes and information to purchase orders regarding action taken
  • Packing orders as per goods-receipt slip, utilizing label printing software and transferring stock to relevant consolidation points
  • Completing replenishment requirements for inventory
  • Escalating issues relating to deliveries to the Supply Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Availability for an immediate start
  • Current Police Check (desirable)
