Achieve Group Australia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage day-to-day financial and payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable and produce financial reports.
  • Manage the month-end process, including General Ledger and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll management, superannuation, taxation, and worker compensation.
  • Liaise with payroll support, banks, and external accountants for tax and compliance.
  • Maintain data integrity in Colleago and Bullhorn software systems, ensuring smooth candidate and payroll management.
  • Provide management reporting and maximize income through efficient expense management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Accounts and Payroll Management, with knowledge of tax obligations and payroll legislation.
  • Proficiency in financial software and payroll systems (experience with Bullhorn or Colleago is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
