We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team at uWorkin. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial transactions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable functions and be proficient in managing and maintaining records of financial transactions. They will also be responsible for reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies, as well as preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage and maintain records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with month-end closing and reporting, providing accurate and timely financial information to management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure the security of sensitive data.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of accounts payable functions.
  • Proficiency in using financial software, such as JD Edwards, Reports Now, or Approval Plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a high-volume, multi-company environment.
  • Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to assist in all duties across the team.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational, time management, and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
