Senior Event Coordinator

Trippas White Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Event Coordinator to join our dynamic events team at Centennial Homestead.
About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned event professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and plan multi-faceted events and weddings, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
- Conduct site inspections, manage event details, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure a smooth event experience.
- Work closely with the Venue Manager to drive revenue growth through upsell and value-add propositions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector.
- Experience with corporate clients is essential, with some wedding experience preferred.
- Pro-activity and a desire to grow the role and the business.
- Highly organized with impeccable time management skills.
- Strong focus on customer service and excellent communication skills.
- Computer literacy in MS Office and familiarity with Priava CRM software highly desired.
