Job Summary
This full-time position at our Bundoora Head Office requires an experienced Team Leader Sales Team to coordinate sales bookings, invoicing, school coordination, and operational planning. As part of this role, you will guide the Charter team to effectively manage customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming coach sales enquires and bookings efficiently.
- Deliver accurate quotes and bookings within timelines.
- Maintain high levels of efficiency and working knowledge of company systems.
- Provide leadership to the charter sales and school admin team.
- Address team performance through feedback, coaching, training, or counselling.
- Complete reports including monthly reports as required.
- Support the schools coordinator and backfill in their absence.
- Participate actively in daily meetings.
- E nsure bookings are accurate and drivers understand job requirements.
- Support the Customer experience team by answering overflow calls and covering reception duties during unplanned absences.
- Coordinate implementation and ongoing management of company procedures for compliance and accreditation.
Requirements
- Experience in sales team leadership (highly regarded).
- Demonstrated ability to assess risk in a sales environment with a focus on safety.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to read and understand budgetary reports and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to match customer needs to company products.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
Estimated Salary Range: AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum
