Job Description

Company Overview: ESE Recruitment is a trusted supplier of high-quality recruitment services for over 10 years. We are seeking a strategic second-in-command (2 IC) who will eventually step into the General Manager role as the current owner plans to transition out of the day-to-day operations.

Role Objective: The General Manager / 2 IC will work closely with the owner to lead the company's sales and operational growth while ensuring the business remains profitable and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Focus on growing the company's client base in the recruitment industry, while maintaining excellent relationships with key customers.

Key Attributes & Skills:
