About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Growth Manager. This is a newly created role that will play a critical part in driving our company's growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Chief Corporate Development Officer in driving business development opportunities, including acquisitions, expansion, and development.
  • Develop and implement financial models and due diligence for M&A transactions.
  • Provide strategic planning and target identification and evaluation for acquisitions.
  • Support negotiations and deal structuring, including tax effectiveness and debt/capital raising.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and post-merger integration planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain corporate governance and compliance policies and procedures.
  • Provide corporate communications to staff, customers, board, and other parties.
  • Manage the company's financial model and ensure accurate financial information.
Requirements
  • Superb formal writing skills to update policies, procedures, and complete forms for compliance.
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to thrive in a broad role with no two days the same.
  • High ethical and professional standards and a genuine desire to work for a worthy cause.
  • Customer service focus and ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to run the corporate finance model and due diligence for M&A transactions.
