About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Lead to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our growth strategy team, you will be responsible for driving new customer growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive new customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Lead the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive customer growth and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze key business metrics to inform growth strategy and optimize marketing spend.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
  • 1+ years of people management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide, coach, and motivate direct reports towards business objectives.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or STEM discipline.
  • Experience with financial modeling, data analysis, and project management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
